Does this outdoor camera support 5GHz Wi-Fi?

No, this security camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It does NOT work with 5GHz networks. The 2.4GHz band provides better range, ensuring a more stable connection over larger areas.

Does this outdoor security camera support 24/7 continuous video recording?

No, it does not support continuous recording. To extend battery life and provide longer protection, this security camera supports 24/7 motion-activated recording only.

How to install the solar panel?

The solar panel can be installed in two ways: Attach it directly to the top of the camera using the included long screws, or mount it separately on a wall. This allows you to choose the setup that best fits your home structure and sunlight needs.

Do I need to subscribe to the cloud service to use the camera?

Subscribing to the cloud service is optional. The camera works perfectly fine with or without it. It supports two storage methods: SD card (not included) and cloud storage (paid). You can choose the one that best suits your needs.

What should I do if the solar panel is not charging properly?

Please start by cleaning the solar panel surface and ensuring all connections are secure. If the issue persists, connect the camera to a power cord to determine whether the problem lies with the solar panel or the camera itself.
